LOVINGLY
REMEMBERED

"DEADLY AVALANCHE"

We mourn the loss of seven young students from the Calgary area of Alberta, Canada who lost their lives in an avalanche while on a skiing adventure in the back mountain area of the Rockies in British Columbia.

Sadly missed are Jeff Trickett, Daniel Arato, Michael Shaw, Scott Broshko, Marissa Staddon, Alex Patillo and Ben Albert.

THE DOOMED COLUMBIA

The five men and two women on the Columbia left Kennedy Space Centre on January 16, 2003 and were only minutes away from home when disaster struck.  High in the sky above Texas, U.S.A., the space shuttle disintegrated in a shower of fiery debris, killing all seven astronauts.
